Returns & Exchanges

At all Sales Are Final. If by any chance any product has a defect, faulty bags can be credited or refunded within 28 days after receiving the goods, email for return authorization or your return will not be accepted.
If upon delivery there are any missing or in incorrectly packaged items in your shipment, you must notify us within 48 hours of signing for your order.

If you wish to return items because you have ordered incorrectly or you have changed your mind you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The cost of return shipping plus all applicable charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Products must be unworn, undamaged and in a condition suitable for re-sale and in the original packaging.

Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

All return requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the items.Please allow 7 working days for refund to be dealt with. Please attach a short note stating the reason for return and your order number .

If your item is faulty, please pay for postage and once we have received your item and determined it faulty we will then be able to refund you for your original postage and also issue you back your postage cost to send the item back to us. Please note, We cannot pay for your item(s) to be sent back to us before we have received the item.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
